Spinach salad

Spinach Salad
Donna Brinkerhoff

Dressing:

1 cup Oil
½ cup vinegar
½ cup Sugar
1 tsp. Poppy seed
½ tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. dry onion powder
1 tsp. salt

Put all above ingredients into blender. Blend a couple of minutes & refrigerate.

Toss dressing with:

Baby spinach
1 Cup grated Swiss cheese
1/3 Cup chopped green onion
½ lb of fried crumbled bacon
Fresh mushrooms sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs chopped (optional)
Red leafy lettuce (optional)
